Working for a world-wide international drinks supplier based in Kegworth Village- DE74.

Following a successful probation period with Gap Personnel this role can lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Input worker data to the internal system- including new starter info, employment changes, absence related documentation, performance reviews, appraisals etc
  • Input worker hours to the systems from timesheets 
  • Maintain internal workers spreadsheets - adding new starters, removing leavers and updating internal changes.
  • Monitor employee absence levels via the associated trigger points and pass into to management. 
  • Track and provide information to managers to ensure that probationary reviews take place in a timely manner.
