Our client based in the Wrexham Industrial Estate are looking for an Office/Warehouse Administrator to join their team.
Duties to include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Dealing with any queries from customers.
- Taking messages and passing them on to the relevant personnel.
- Inputting data into warehouse operating system.
- Work in a professional manner at all times and comply with the company’s policy and procedures.
- Completing other general administration duties.
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft word and Excel
- You must be reliable with good time keeping and attendance record
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent administration skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Able to work well under pressure
- Experience of working within a similar role
Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
Pay rate: £9 per hour
