Could you be our next Onsite Contract Manager?

As an Onsite Recruitment Contract Manager, you will be the main daily contact on site for our temporary workforce and client whilst providing a first-class service to both. You will be the 1* shift supervisor who will support day to day operations and ensure delivery of the contract against agreed key performance indicators.

The role will include co-ordination & reporting directly in to our established local office to ensure understanding of requirements and recruitment needed for site operations. Whilst most of your time will be spent on the clients site, there will at times be occasional meetings within the local Gloucester office as/when required.

Key priorities are:

Ensuring all staff are welcomed into site daily at shift start/end

Fielding any worker enquiries & ensuring they are managed in a timely manner

Managing any worker sickness & absence occurrences, ensuring all staff are taken through a return to work procedure in line with company policies

Ensuring KPI delivery of site on fulfilment, absence management, retention & new starter management.

Ensuring workers receive regular performance reviews in line with contract

Ensuring that production hours, cost & management information is produced accurately

Attending daily site meetings on productivity, recruitment forecasting & other topics as needed

Making daily/weekly reports to client management team as is needed

You’ll ideally have skills and / or experience in:

Previous experience working within recruitment sector, ideally managing similar logistics sector

Previous experience of leading/supervising teams

Have previous experience of conducting performance reviews

Be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, and a passion to ensure delivery to client expectation

Experience of working towards targets

Desire to help people succeed within their roles.

Excellent I.T & all round computer skills, including outlook, basic excel skills

What are the hours?

This is recruitment – whilst your basic working hours will be Monday to Friday, 07.30am – 16.45pm, work times can flex between 07.30am – 22.00pm depending on business needs. This will also include additional Saturdays during peak periods.
