To provide and support the SLT, Operations and Engineering Team at Skipton with administration duties.
May also provide administrative support to a variety of departments.
The administration tasks include, but are not limited to;
- Raising Purchase requisitions for the Operations and Engineering team as required
- Supporting the closure of the Engineering QMS (Deviations, Capa, Change Control and SOP’s)
- Supporting both Manufacturing and Packing in completion of training packs
- Creating meeting agendas and note taking (following up on the completion of actions)
- Travel and Company event arrangements
- Preparation of presentations/proposals and drafting/formatting of relevant documents
- Updating the weekly comms packs
- Preparing the monthly KPI data for T4 and Absence
- Creating meeting agendas and note taking (following up on completion of actions)
- Diary management
- Preparation of presentations/proposals
- Preparing the weekly Contractor on site spreadsheet
- Drafting/formatting/printing relevant documents
- Work with our Reception team to support and delegate tasks as appropriate
- Any other reasonable duties as may be requested from time to time.
