Operations Administrator

Gap Personnel Group, operating as an employment business, are currently looking to recruit an Operations Administrator for one our well-established client based in Skipton

 

Job Purpose

To provide and support the SLT, Operations and Engineering Team at Skipton with administration duties. 

May also provide administrative support to a variety of departments. 

Accountabilities

The administration tasks include, but are not limited to;

  • Raising Purchase requisitions for the Operations and Engineering team as required
  • Supporting the closure of the Engineering QMS (Deviations, Capa, Change Control and SOP’s)
  • Supporting both Manufacturing and Packing in completion of training packs
  • Creating meeting agendas and note taking (following up on the completion of actions)
  • Travel and Company event arrangements
  • Preparation of presentations/proposals and drafting/formatting of relevant documents
  • Updating the weekly comms packs
  • Preparing the monthly KPI data for T4 and Absence
  • Creating meeting agendas and note taking (following up on completion of actions)
  • Diary management
  • Preparation of presentations/proposals
  • Preparing the weekly Contractor on site spreadsheet
  • Drafting/formatting/printing relevant documents
  • Work with our Reception team to support and delegate tasks as appropriate
  • Any other reasonable duties as may be requested from time to time.

Shift Pattern & Hourly Rates

£21,000

Mon – Friday- 8am-16:30pm
