gap professional (operating as an employment agency) are currently recruiting for our client based in the Bangor area. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our client’s team immediately on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing business, the Operations Manager will be responsible for business related issues and help keep the operation running smoothly.


Pay & Hours of Work


Monday – Friday / 9am – 5pm

£45k - £55k per annum





Effectively and efficiently manage the production of daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer expectations, meeting quality and delivery specifications.

Delegating manufacturing tasks to meet production deadlines

Minimise costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times.

Motivate, organise, drive and inspire the team to achieve best results.

Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.

Supporting projects and team development programmes.

Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.

To improve productivity while ensuring the site meets operational goals.

To be a part and responsible for the recruitment across the site.

Liaising with European and UK sales.

Responsible for profit and loss of the business.

Attend business and network events to increase product branding.

To understand and involved in the accounts for the business.



Essential Skills


Excellent leadership skills
Experienced in motivating teams

Good IT skills

Excellent communication skills- written and spoken

Experience of working within a similar role is essential

Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills

Confident in reporting findings and results

Experience in managing KPI’s

Knowledge of Health and Safety
