gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for Order Processor/Telesales to work for a successful family run company, near Topsham, Exeter.
Our client supplies Wholesale, Retail and Catering Trades in and around the southwest and are very proud. We are looking for bubbly, enthusiastic, telesales/order processor to create a friendly and welcoming first impression and work within the busy sales office.
You will need to have a friendly telephone manner, with good computer, numeracy and literacy skills. Experience is desirable, and full training will be given on the job.
Your role within the office, will be answering telephone calls, processing small and large orders from cafes/restaurants, shops and the general public. Up selling on telephone calls to maximise sales potential.
Plus other admin roles, including order queries and information on the company's services and products.
Shifts are: Monday - Saturday, However the role can be flexible, with full time and part time roles available. Shifts start at 08:30am finishing at 17:30pm.
This is a permanent role. With an immediate start.
