Packing Operative

gap personnel are currently are recruiting for Packing Operatives for a temporary ongoing position with immediate starts available based in Radstock.   

The site is a leader provides packaging services throughout the UK and is still operating as a family run business.

As a repackaging operative your responsibilities will include:

1. Receive in product, open boxes, sort products, repackage material and fill orders
2. Assembly of product packaging, pick and pack tasks or other similar warehouse/production type duties
3. Review products and procedures to ensure quality

You have a shift pattern of: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm

The pay rate for the role is:

18-20 £6.56 basic hours

21-22 £8.36 basic hours

23 + £8.91ph basic hours

additional overtime available as/when required.

Full training will be provided for this role, alongside additional company inductions to ensure you are able to complete your duties competently at all times whilst adhering to all social distancing measures. Site provides access to car park, canteen, and prides itself on worker engagement.
