Gap personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting for a part-time administrator for our well established client based in Green bridge.
The role will be working 16 to 20 hours per week but will be required to cover holidays, standard working hours will be Monday to Thursday 1300-1700.
The role will be varied and due to it being based within a small office you can be covering various aspects:
- liaising with customers on any queries on orders
- Processing of customer orders
- Invoicing orders once they have been despatched
- liaising with suppliers and purchasing materials
- Processing supplier invoices
- Preparing accounts for payment
- Arranging couriers
We are seeking a candidate with a good eye for detail, strong administration skills and someone who can pick up new skills quickly.
