gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are proud to be representing our client based in Bethesda. We’re currently recruiting for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join their team immediately on a temporary basis to cover internal sickness.

Pay & Hours of Work

  • £9.00ph – £10.00ph (DOE)
  • 20 hours per week working 4 hours per day over a 5-day period with a flexible start time between 8:00am-9.30am, however this will be set to be the same each day.

 

Responsibilities

  • Use QuickBooks for all sales orders and purchase orders
  • Completing invoicing
  • Answer incoming calls to the business
  • Book shipping as required and enter data into the system as required
  • Maintain raw material folders
  • Day to day copying, filing, franking and distribution of mail
  • Updating marketing material via social media platforms
  • Any other non-defined duties that may be required from time to time

 

Essential Skills

  • Strong Administration skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure to meet targets
  • Fully PC literate
  • Confident and polite telephone manner
