We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our Leeds branch on a permanent basis.
Salary: Up to £20,000
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm
To provide general administrative support to the branch, including payroll processing whilst upholding the company's compliance standards at all times. Being the face of gap personnel whilst meeting and greeting potential temporary colleagues, handling the telephone enquiries and maintaining the company values.
* Payroll Processing
* Database maintenance
* Support branch Recruitment Consultants/Account Managers on a daily basis.
* Obtaining timesheets from client's in time to meet the internal deadlines
* Dealing with any inaccuracies and rectifying
* Meeting and Greeting customers to ensure a exceptional experience and candidate journey
* Ordering stationary, ensuring the office is cleaning and tidy
*Excellent eye for detail
*Excellent communicator both written and verbal
