Role: Production Operatives

Job Term: Temporary on going

Location: Stoke ST5

Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm/2pm -10pm

Pay: £11.02p/h 

Job Role

• Producing high volumes of compression moulded components within a high output, fast paced environment
• Operating within strict health and safety and quality requirements
• Operating hydraulic power presses as well as general assembly work
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and Heath & safety
• Other production-oriented duties as deemed necessary

Person Specification

Previous experience of working in a busy high output manufacturing environment essential

• High levels of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Demonstrate self-awareness
• Be resourceful
• Work well within a team
• Be health and safety and quality focussed
• Good level of numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
