Gap - Personnel operating as an employment business is currently recruiting for Production Line Operatives to work with sorting and despatching fruits to one of our major Clients, in Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11).

We are looking for 85 Line Operative, any 5 days out of 7 for morning shift ( including weekends) and 51 Line Operatives for afternoon shift ( Monday - Friday).

The roles are ongoing temporary work with opportunities to go permanent with the client after 12 weeks of work.

Morning shift starts at 06:00 or 06:30, finish time within 15:00- 15:30 

Afternoon shift starts at 16:30  and finishes at around 01:30am.

  • Pay rates are £8.91, 
  • Overtime of £11.14 after 40 hours
  • £9.80 after 2200

The role involves working on a fast-paced production & packing line, loading, weighing, grading, packing & palletising fruit products for a major national retailer.

No experience is necessary but previous experience in a food environment is a benefit.

Full training will be given within the roles.
