Production Operative

Gap Personnel Group, operating as an employment business, are currently looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives for one our well-established client based in Haslingden

Overview

Our client is looking for people to work within their manufacturing department, The position will be working with machines, ensuring everything is running to plan, checking items on the line and stacking items onto pallets. The role will involve some manual handling, loading and working with paperwork.

Shift Pattern & Hourly Rates

£503.60 per week

Mon – Friday Continental shift pattern 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am. The shift pattern is an excellent conti shift pattern which is worked on a 3 week rota of 3 shifts week 1, 3 shifts week 2 and 4 shifts week 3. There is no weekend working within this role. 

This position will have a sliding scale which is base done a points system starting from a Grade 3 and uplifting to a Grade 2 which will uplift the rate to £529.60 per week andthen a Grade 1 which is £556.40 per week
