The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a team leader position or equivalent responsibility and show ability to write detailed shift handovers and follow health and safety regulations. A food hygiene certificate would be advantageous.
Pay is £11.53ph/ Overtime rates apply £14.31 paid weekly.
Shift Pattern operates continental shift patterns. 3 days shifts, 3 days off followed by 3 night shifts (3 on 3 off rota) the site operates 24/7.
All shifts are 6:00 - 6:00 (AM day & night shifts) - 12 Hour Shifts
The role will involve:-
·Maintaining the smooth running of production belts.
·Adhering to health and safety procedures.
·'Clean as you go' policy
·Carry out start up and shut down procedures and conduct change overs with minimal stoppage.
·Complete paperwork for the specific work area ie handover books, quality records and maintenance schedules.
