Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking for Production Operatives on a temp-perm basis.
Purpose of the Role
To provide a Quality Control and Colour Matching Service to Production.
Duties include;
- Colour Match all batches on production
- Ensure that all batches are matched to standards and appropriate records maintained
- Monitor the progress of colour matches through production whilst continually adding tints to ensure colour match has passed
- Spraying all types of material used for specific paint
- Carry out Quality Control on production batches
- Produce batches of paint on Hand Mixers when required
- Keep the Lab clean and tidy
Successful Candidates;
- Previous experience working in the paint industry is an advantage but not essential
- Training will be given
- Good numeric and literacy skills
- Be able to follow Health and Safety Regulations
- Able bodied due to manual handling, where lifting, pushing and pulling is required
- Must be physically fit to handle heavy products
Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday – 8.30am-5pm
- Friday – 8.30am-4pm
Pay rate:
- £11 per hour
