• 08:00 - 17:00 
• Friday
• 07:30-14:00

Pay:

• £30,000 - 40,000 per annum

An outstanding opportunity for a distinguished Project Manager to join an automotive manufacturer based in Basildon.

Our client is looking for the project manager who could plan, manage, and execute the project accordingly to the tight deadlines and to the strict plan.

Main duties are including, but not limited to:

• Navigate and manage manufacturing project from scratch by dividing it into scopes, goals and deliverables based on the company goals.
• Identify the timelines and milestones of the project by using specific tools/software.
• Effective communication of the project goals and expectation to the team and customers is desirable.
• Reviewing the stages of the project on the regular basis and coordinating with senior managers if the need for new services, new technologies either new equipment occurs.
• Delegate tasks to the appropriate staff and support, manage the identified issues or conflicts
• Develop and present the reports of the project progress, documents, and achievements
• Analyse the project outcome, by defining success criteria and mistakes
• Mentor, develop and motivate the team and suppliers
• Build, manage, and grow the business relationships

Skills/Qualifications:

• Similar role experience
• Good verbal and written skills
• Attention to the details, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills
• Innovative and proactive
• Ability to prioritise the workload and effectively work on your own and as part of the team
• The clean driving license is a MUST
• Able to work accurately within the time-constrained environment
