Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the group at an exciting time. 

Located just outside of Wrexham, this role would suit an individual with all round experience in accounts, bookkeeping and purchase ledger. 

The role is open to candidates seeking Full time hours

Duties will include: 

  • Dealing with incoming purchase invoices by email or post
  • Processing purchase invoices for Non Product supplies
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Resolving purchase invoice queries internally
  • Resolving purchase invoice queries with suppliers
  • Processing employee expense claims
  • Preparing weekly supplier payments
  • Undertaking other tasks & duties as reasonably required

Skills required

  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate, excel skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent telephone manner

Salary is is £11ph, and the working hours are 08:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday with half hour unpaid lunch.
