We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our client’s team based in Wrexham on a fixed term basis. Reporting to the Systems and Reporting Manager, this role requires the successful candidate to have high attention to detail and excellent Excel skills.
- Liaising with Purchasing Managers and Buyers on a day to day basis.
- Processing invoices.
- Working through data on Excel spreadsheets.
- Completing other general administration duties as required by Managers.
- The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The successful candidate must be a confident user of Excel and enjoy working with data.
- Driving license is essential as from time to time you will be expected to travel to other sites.
- Confident communication skills.
- 33 days annual leave (pro rata)
