gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Receptionist based in Holsworthy for a temporary assignment up to 1 month.

You would be working for a business that is one of the largest independent accountancy practices in the South West with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants.

We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service experience as you will be the first point of contact for customers on the Reception desk.

Your duties as a receptionist:

  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Being first point of customer contact
  • Answering the company switchboard
  • Transferring incoming calls
  • Helping with customer enquiries
  • Customer service

About you:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Previous receptionist / administration experience is desired
  • Computer literate

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday 08:45am – 17:00pm with an hours lunch break
  • £8.91 per hour
  • Assignment is to last up to a month
