A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Gap-Personnel. We are seeking on organised and pro-active Recruitment Administrator to join our expanding team in Ipswich on a permanent basis.

 

The successful candidate will possess outstanding administration skills and be confident liaising with people at all levels. The key duties of this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a complete administrative support services for the Account Management team to include diary and email management
  • Booking interviews and collating the relevant paperwork required for pre-employment
  • Deliver Inductions and assist with registration process
  • Managing local social media platforms
  • Assisting Account Manager with setting up recruitment events and job fairs
  • To undertake any other administrative tasks as may be requested from time to time

To be considered for this job, you will have

  • Intermediate to advanced level of I.T proficiency
  • Be communicative, multilingual and have a flexible approach to work
  • Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
  • Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
