Founded in 1998, we’re a national recruitment business, predominantly within the industrial marketplace, but with increasing presence in the professional, technical, driving and healthcare sectors. Salary:

  • £22,000-£26,000 per year 
Working hours:
  • 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
The role:
  • To maintain and grow existing business through building strong, long lasting relationships with our clients and candidates, attending reviews, candidate care and achieving delivery of agreed service levels
  • Managing a temporary industrial desk, interviewing, recruiting, and filling vacancies for our clients
  • Winning new business using sales, business development, and networking
  • Effective communication, engaging with clients and customers at all levels either face to face or over the phone
  • Working consultatively, providing solutions-based approaches in all professional relationships
  • Following internal processes and procedures with excellent administration, organisational and time management skills
