Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Midlands Team.
Working with a wide variety of Manufacturing, FMCG and Logistics firms, we have established a reputation for our knowledge base, integrity and excellent service levels. As a division, our aim is to provide full support to our client base, focusing on the industry they are in, rather than the type of vacancy – from HR to Production Management, our Consultants have extensive experience and work collaboratively to ensure the client receives support that exceeds expectation and builds long-lasting business relationships.
This is a 360 recruitment position that encompasses sales, search and service. Consultants are supported by Regional and National Sales Managers, as well as a divisional Marketing Executive, Administrators and Resourcing Consultants.
You will join an existing team, with a friendly team environment and warm client base to start from. With the division covering a breadth of vacancies, we welcome applications from candidates who seek to continue in their chosen specialism or who would like to take up the challenge of embedding themselves in a new market sector.
Our hours of work are 8AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday, working from both our Nottingham branch and regional head quarters in Church Broughton, we are happy to discuss during initial conversations.
