The Role

Due to exceptional growth of our client base, we are looking to recruit a resourcer to join our team in Wrexham!

The primary objective of this role is to provide general support to the branch with candidate sourcing, management and registrations, whilst upholding the company’s compliance standards at all times Managing recruitment campaigns including social media pages. Building strong relationships with clients and candidates and always maintaining the company values.


Key Tasks Include

  • Ensuring the candidate database is kept up to date and candidate records are uploaded to the system with all relevant information and skill sets
  • General candidate management and candidate registration
  • Pre-screening temporary workers and booking them in for interview
  • Interviewing workers face to face and via video call.
  • Providing assessments to workers which are client specific
  • Understanding the Right to Work & Compliance documentation required and ensuring 100% audit compliance
  • Scanning all relevant RTW & Compliance documentation to system
  • Matching workers to relevant bookings
  • Contacting and developing relationships with both new and existing workers
  • Booking workers onto contracts
  • Generating availability lists
  • Assisting consultants with the day to day running of contracts
  • Building strong relationships with client’s day to day
  • Placing advertisements with job centres, job boards, on social media along with keeping window displays up to date
  • Reference checking
  • Gathering of leads and market intelligence for Consultants
  • To support the payroll process as and when required
  • Candidate marketing
  • Updating of CRM database as instructed
  • To complete out of business hours on-call (carrying of the company mobile) duties on a rota basis, covering a 7-day period

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
