gap healthcare is currently supporting a local residential elderly home in finding a new Registered Manager. The position has become available due to an internal promotion.
The home is small and has a good CQC track record, supporting elderly people with dementia.
We are looking for an experienced Home Manager who wants a new role to settle in long term.

Main requirements for the Registered Manager:
  • previous experience in a similar role, ideally as a Home Manager, though previous experience as a Deputy Manager will also be considered
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Sound understanding of CQC requirements
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
