HR Manager      

Are you an established HR Manager who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If so then look no further! A great and exciting opportunity has just come available for a HR Manager located near to Norwich, Norfolk. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient HR service ensuring that all information leaving the department is to quality standards and in line with policies and procedures, employment legislation and established HR best practice. You will need experience within the Health and Social Care sector.

My client is growing at a substantial rate and is a forward thinking provider of care and support within the Children and young person’s residential sector.

 Salary – Up to £34,000 depending on experience

Hours – Full time however some remote working is possible.

Area – Norwich, Norfolk.

Responsibilities – HR Manager

To be able to process data and present findings.

To have a knowledge of Ofsted and Children and Young person’s(Not essential but preferred).

Have excellent organisational skills.

Supports and challenges others in maintaining a healthy, safe and pleasant work environment.

Uses plain language when carrying out duties.

Aware of the impact of own behaviour on others.

Driven by the needs of Young People.

Able to maintain a professional, calm and efficient manner in challenging, confrontational and emotive situations e.g., disciplinary hearings including dismissals.

Actively seeks and reflects on or responds to feedback

Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing who is able to identify the context surrounding their communication and manage the expectations of those concerned, adapting the content to take account of the intended audience.


Skills required – HR Manager 

Must be a commutable distance from Norwich, Norfolk.

CIPD level 5.

Proven experience of HR recruitment processes.

Highly organised with good attention to detail.

Ability to multi task.

Strong communication both written and verbal.

Ability to build effective relationships with peers and employees.

Have a very high level of attention to detail.

Understanding of employment law.

Knowledge of the Care sector
