Replenishment Administrator

Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking for a Replenishment Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis.

Purpose of the Role

To ensure full availability of all materials and packaging required for production. To minimise holding stock. Use best practice with all suppliers to source the most appropriate materials and packaging for new product development. Analyse spend and ensure best value.


Duties include;

  • Ensure that all raw materials are available for production without excessive stock holding
  • Liaise closely with stores/logistics/planning to achieve this
  • Preparing and completing reports and updating spreadsheets
  • Deputise for Replenishment manager as necessary
  • Lead the daily process of stock control and management
  • Completing general administrative tasks  


Successful Candidates;

  • Good Communications skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Packages
  • Enthusiasm for working in a team
  • Recommend supplier/purchase decisions to site buyer/senior managers
  • Experience within administration previously


Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 08.30am-4.30pm

Pay rate:

  • £11.54 per hour
