you will be responsible for:
-Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our young people
-Producing appropriate reports including recommendation to colleagues and Case Managers and following their guidance
Working in line with all Policies and Procedures, correctly managing inappropriate and challenging behaviour, making appropriate judgements and decisions to minimise risks.
You are required to have a minimum of 6 months' direct experience of working with young people and it is essential that you have references and are IT literate.
Please be aware shifts will naturally include evenings, overnight and weekends.
