gap personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator / Resourcer to join our team in Bedford
Job title: Recruitment Co-ordinator/Resourcer
Salary: £9.50 per hour
As an Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer you will be based at our new recruitment hub in Bedford town centre with the flexibility to travel to our client sites in Bedford, St Neots and Rushden.
The role will include candidate attraction using social media platforms and other tools available, assisting candidates through the registration process, one to one interviews with candidates, building a pool of available workers for the onsite teams, assisting the onsite teams with inductions. Whilst this role will involve some lone working you will be fully supported by the onsite teams.
As this role may involve some travel to sites ideally you would have access to a car and full UK driving license.
Key priorities are:
Fielding any worker enquiries & ensuring they are managed in a timely manner
Placing job adverts in line with company policies and procedures
Assisting candidates to ensure registration process is completed accurately
Assisting onsite team with inductions
Ensuring KPI delivery on interview and fulfillment rates.
You’ll ideally have skills and / or experience in:
Proactive approach to attracting candidates
You are self-motivated and have resilience on tap
Ability to recruit in volume and often at short notice
Business administration experience
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Great communication skills with a good level of written English
Strong attention to detail
Highly proactive approach
