Job Role:  Sale Administrator

Hours: Part time: 3 days per week (by your choice)

Hourly Salary: £10.50ph   

Role Type: Temporary ongoing

gap personnel acting as an employment agency are currently recruiting for 1x Sale Administrator to join busy office-based sales team in Bristol

 

Job Responsibilities as Sale Administrator  

  • Answering customer telephone enquiries
  • Processing telephone and e-mail orders
  • To raise and progress orders through to despatch/completion
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure timely and correct despatch of orders
  • Processing card payments
  • Collating data and keeping updated customer information in our CRM
  • Dealing with customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Liaising closely with the Accounts department and other departments
  • Data input
  • General office duties
  • Working closely with the sales team on developing new and managing existing business
