Job Role: Sale Administrator
Hours: Part time: 3 days per week (by your choice)
Hourly Salary: £10.50ph

gap personnel acting as an employment agency are currently recruiting for 1x Sale Administrator to join busy office-based sales team in Bristol
Job Responsibilities as Sale Administrator
- Answering customer telephone enquiries
- Processing telephone and e-mail orders
- To raise and progress orders through to despatch/completion
- To liaise with other departments to ensure timely and correct despatch of orders
- Processing card payments
- Collating data and keeping updated customer information in our CRM
- Dealing with customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Liaising closely with the Accounts department and other departments
- Data input
- General office duties
- Working closely with the sales team on developing new and managing existing business

- Consistently produce the highest standards of work
