Sales Administrator - Part Time

Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.


This position is in the sales administrative team and working alongside the technical and finance teams. 


Duties include;

  • Generating and providing software licences for staff
  • Making and taking telephone and email enquiries regarding the software and services
  • Processing and following up with leads and enquiries generated from websites
  • Using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Data entry of sales records
  • Filing customer information correctly in SharePoint


Successful Candidates;

  • Previous sales administration experience, especially using telephone and email correspondence
  • Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Conscientious and attentive to detail
  • Proactive with ability to work with minimal supervision PC literate with full working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and willing to learn others
  • Good team worker with positive attitude


Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm  - 20 hours per week


Pay rate:

£10.24 per hour
