Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking for a Sales Administrator Assistant on a temp-perm basis.

Purpose of the Role

This is a multi-purpose role providing support to Customers.  The main task is to liaise with customers to take orders and organise despatch. Secondly to assist other team members by providing administration support.

 

Duties include;

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls
  • General filing
  • Other general admin duties as required
  • Provide an effective admin service to team members
  • Monitoring and reporting of courier issues and under performance
  • Ad hoc duties depending on office requirements
  • Taking sales orders from customers
  • Processing card payments
  • Raising collections
  • Booking in returns

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday – 39 hours per week

Pay rate:

  • £10 per hour
