Our Internationally operative client based in the Wrexham area are currently looking for a Regional Marketing and Sales Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting role involves working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the maintenance of the marketing and sales strategy for specific regions and customers.
You will be responsible for managing high-value accounts and strategically developing sales/marketing campaigns to support the continued development of these. Due to the nature of the business, it is essential that applicants have worked with E-Commerce platforms and ideally within a creative or multi-brand environment.
Working in a creative environment for a well-established & forward thinking, international firm, your key tasks will include:
Management, development and implementation of the strategic sales and marketing plans for your assigned customer accounts
Managing customer relationships, including the use of strategic planning documents
Strengthening customer relationships, ensuring service levels are optimised and business is retained year-on-year - This will include visiting customers at their premises.
Building a cohesive team environment across your region that maximises the potential of your team and champions collaborative working
Working with the product development team to identify and maximise on potential new growth areas within the industry
Providing regular management updates in relation to the performance of assigned accounts and any industry updates
Managing assigned budgets, as well as targets & objectives for the team
Attending trade and consumer shows
Skills, Experience & Attributes Sought:
Experience of leading, coaching and developing a team within a sales environment
Proven, successful experience in both new business development and key account management.
Experience of working with E-Commerce platforms and managing online sales campaigns
Exceptional communication skills & the ability to identify customer needs and present solutions to fit
Commercial acumen and the ability to identify potential areas of growth within assigned region.
High levels of numeracy and experience of managing budgets
A creative nature and genuine interest in Art, Design, Fashion, Restoration, Interior Design or similar industry
