Gap Personnel are currently looking for Sales Advisors to join one of our well established clients based in Cardiff.
The ideal candidate should have:-
Minimum of 6 months experience in a furniture store
Have excellent communication skills as this is a customer facing role
Be able to lift heavy goods while keeping to the health and safety rules
Be able to work well as a team as well as go of your own initiative when required.
Your duties will be but not subjected to:-
Helping the warehouse staff Loading and off loading deliveries when required
Assist customers when needed
Sit with customer to fill out their purchase forms
Up sell products where possible
Maintaining all manual handling and health and safety standards within the work place
Help set up the store for trading and closing
Light cleaning duties will be required
Your hours of work will be 40hrs per week based on a 5 out of 7 rota. Weekend, bank holidays and late night working will be mandatory so all candidates must be flexible.
Pay rate will be, between 16k – 18k based on experience.
