Interim/Fixed Term Contract - 12 months (Potential to become permanent)
Normanton, Monday - Friday, 39.5 hours per week, £18,000 per annum
- Raise and process invoices.
- Check invoices are correct against the orders processed.
- Ensure customer queries are resolved and issue sales credit notes are issued where necessary.
- Produce / reconcile month end sales ledger statements.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- High attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of using Excel.
- Experience of working with an ERP system is preferred.
- Previous experience within a similar role.
