Job Role: Senior Production Operative

Hours: Training – Days hours 7am-3:30pm – Moving to 13:30pm-10pm once fully trained. 

Hourly Salary: £11.50ph rising to £12ph 

Role Type: Temp to perm

gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Productive Operative. The company we are working in partnership with is growing year on year and currently expanding and looking for a skilled production operative to join the team.

Job Responsibilities as Production Operative:

• Setting and running enclosing equipment
• Supporting the production supervisor, including deputising as required
• Liaising with all the production team and client service departments to ensure each job is completed to the highest standard and within the client’s schedule requirements
• Prioritising workload according to Service Level Agreement
• Ensuring quality standards are upheld
• Following correct process
• Maintenance and upkeep of equipment
• Working in a fast-paced, modern environment and working to tight deadlines
• Overlooking team fo 2
