Job title: Shift Supervisor
Salary: £22,000 per annum

Could you be our next Shift Supervisor?
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be a daily presence on site for our temporary workforce and client whilst providing a first-class service to both. You will be the 1* shift supervisor who will support day to day operations and ensure delivery of the contract against agreed key performance indicators.
The role will include co-ordination of staff on site at our clients site & reporting directly in to the Contract Manager to ensure smooth delivery of operational needs of the client.
Key priorities are:
·Ensuring all staff are welcomed into site daily at shift start/end
·Fielding any worker enquiries & ensuring they are managed in a timely manner
·Liaising with department lead supervisors on worker performance
·Managing any worker sickness & absence occurrences, ensuring all staff are taken through a return to work procedure in line with company policies
·Attending daily site meetings on productivity & attendance.
·Welcoming staff to site on day 1 of training
·Providing ongoing support to our workforce
·Being the first point of contact for our valued workforce
You’ll ideally have skills and / or experience in:
·Previous experience working within recruitment sector, ideally managing similar logistics sector
·Previous experience of supervising teams
·Be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, and a passion to ensure delivery to client expectation
·Experience of working towards targets
·Desire to help people succeed within their roles.
·Excellent I.T & all round computer skills, including outlook, basic excel skills\
·Track record of customer delivery
What are the hours?
This is recruitment – whilst your basic working hours will be Monday to Friday, 07.30am – 16.45pm, work times can flex between 07.30am – 22.00pm depending on business needs. This will also include additional Saturdays during peak periods.
