A rare opportunity for a distinguished Site Manager to join an independent, family owned housing developer with an outtanding reputation in the local area. The initial project will have you overseeing a small team on a stunning development of desirable, sustainable homes with character in Hertfordshire

The houses will be built using the traditional method of construction and so the ideal manager will have previous experience in seeing high quality developments through from the initial footings to final handover.

Ideal skills and qualifications:

• SMSTS Card
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on high quality residential developments
• First aid Qualified
• NHBC/LABC award winner (desirable)
• Ambitious and hands on approach to projects
• Longevity within previous positions
• Some experience within high-spec, medium sized housing projects
• Trade background is advantageous but not essential
