Stock Controller
Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining stock levels, ensuring all potential shortages are handled
- Raising purchase orders
- Updating stock records and recording all stock movements
- Liaising with the Customer Service and Operations team and assisting with their stock queries
- Quality checking goods in for correct shelf life, accuracy, and completeness
- Controlling and implementing stock management policies, including root cause analysis of stock adjustments
- Monitoring and reporting on KPI’s
Experience and Skills required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Stock orientated role
- Previous experience of stock taking
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
