Stores Assistant

My client based just on the outskirts of Wrexham Centre are looking for a Stores Assistant to join their team

Reporting to the Materials Manager, you will be responsible for

• Goods inwards receiving and packing and despatch of customer orders and parts for sub-contractor processing
• Kitting of works orders to the factory in a timely and organised manner in accordance with the production plan
• Maintaining stock levels in accordance with company guidelines using Abas ERP system
• Effective storage of components within the stores area
• Ensuring stock accuracy in maintained by scheduled Stock Taking

Other duties

• Working to company procedures and fulfilling quality procedures
• Working to company H&S procedures
• Fulfil other duties at manager’s request
• Ability to work well as in a team
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
