Salary depending on experience (£20,000 - £25,000)
Standard Office hours
Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00
Friday 8.30 to 3.30
However, for this role the hours will include shift hours of 6am start and 2.30pm finish.

Main Responsibilities but not limited to
Assisting in planning production and delivery schedules
Producing stock picking lists and delivery notes
Working with the warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full
Booking in deliveries with haulier and customers
Dealing with customer queries and delivery discrepancies
Assisting in the buying of raw materials, PPE, office supplies, etc.
Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls and e-mails from an established customer base
Maintain a high level of customer service
General admin duties
Background and Experience
A degree in supply chain management or business studies and / or experience of supply chain
Able to build and nurture long term relationships with customers
Keen to understand the motivations and needs of the customer
Able to handle and prioritise incoming/outgoing calls and e-mails.
Ability to work in a small knitted team who are quite enthusiastic.
Ability to speak to a range of different people.
Proactive and hardworking, committed to the role.
Willing to learn product knowledge and skill through training.
A “can do” attitude, embracing change.
