gap healthcare are a leading Nursing and Social care agency. We are currently recruiting to help support a number of clients in Southend and Essex.
Our clients support adults with learning disabilities in comfortable home settings.
You will help support people with learning and /or physical disabilities, people with autism perform their daily tasks in and out of home.
What skills you will need:
You will be passionate about providing the best possible support to service users
You will display natural empathy and compassion for others
You will be hardworking and be flexible
You will be reliable and someone who goes the extra mile
You will have at least 6 months paid experience in Support Work
You will be a driver with a clean driving licence

- Mandatory and complaint service- specific Training and refresher courses
- Excellent out of hours management support
