Tape Edging Machine Operator

Our Client based in Westbury, Wiltshire is looking for a Tape Edging Machine Operator.
You will be responsible for achieving daily production targets and meeting company standards for quality.

The role involves:

• Hitting production targets for number of mattresses processed each day through the tape edging machine
• Ensuing company standards for quality are met with each mattress processed through the machine
• To perform basic machine set up and repairs such as replacing needles and threads, thread tensioning, table high adjustment and sewing head operating angle
• Keeping equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions;
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment according to procedures, rules, and regulations

Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 

The pay is negotiable, depending on the experience between £10.00ph - £15.00ph
