Our client based in the Deeside area are currently looking for a Telesales/Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, self-driven individual who enjoys working within a fast-paced sales environment. You will maintain long term relationships with established existing customers, identifying and maximising sales opportunities with them and play an integral part in seeking new business through a variety of channels.
£20k per annum
Monday – Friday / 9am-5pm
Fully manage a portfolio of existing customers across a variety of sectors.
Focus on growing and developing the customers and reactivating old accounts.
Seek new business through a variety of channels.
Update systems with sales activity.
Working as part of an ambitious sales team to meet monthly sales targets.
Achieve daily call targets.
Organise and plan your time to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner to maximise your sales opportunities.
Build relationships both internally and externally.
Experience of working in a telesales/sales environment, with a proven ability to meet sales targets
An excellent telephone communicator with a confident personal approach
Dynamic and proactive attitude
Proven use of strategies to overcome objections
Target driven with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to plan and organise own workload efficiently
Ability to work as a team as well as individually
Computer literate - Use of Sage line 50 advantageous.
