gap personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator to fulfil immediate vacancies on behalf of our prestigious client

 

Role: Temporary HR Administrator

Location: Ellesmere Port, CH66 area

Pay rate: 

£8.72 per hour, 5 days per week, 3-4 hours per day,

Monday's 4 hours and the rest 3 hours. 16 hrs / week

Role Purpose:

Support HR team to ensure that a first class HR service is provided across the Regatta Distribution Centre, playing a fundamental role in the Site holiday project, ensuring the transfer of the holiday booking process between teams is  well coordinated and the ongoing holiday booking process is consistent and effective

Administration

  • Maintain full accurate and up to date records of absence, including sickness and holidays using relevant HR systems and Excel databases. 
  • Establish the rules, principles and customs or the holiday booking procedure to ensure we offer a consistent service as it moves into the HR team.
  • Coordinating with Shift Manager to ensure the optimum holiday levels of processed.
  • Producing posters, communicating using Workplace App to drive colleagues to use the new HR system for holiday booking.
  • Seek and explore ways to improve the holiday booking process as it migrates across.
  • General HR office administration including stationery, filing, shredding, copying, archiving, letters, memos, audits etc
  • Ensure there is continual adherence to GDPR, role modelling for others as part of the HR function.

Other Significant Role Requirements & Technical Knowledge:

 

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C including Maths and English
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
  • Good communication skills – is concise in written/ verbal communication
  • Is able to work co-operatively with others in the team and across organisation

High degree of computer literacy – Confidence on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint 

 

Self Management

  • Low degree of autonomy, overall project will be overseen, but day to day task allocation, prioritising and reporting milestones will be part of the role.
