Temporary Recruitment Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer                

gap personnel are currently recruiting for a temporary recruitment administrator / recruitment resourcer to help join our Bristol office. Having recently moved to our prime new location based in central Bristol, the volume of our workload has significantly increased and we are therefore looking for you to help! If you have good administration and computer skills, and looking for an opportunity to experience the workings of a busy recruitment office then this is an ideal role. This role is offering temp to perm opportunities for candidates who are able to demonstrate their ability, commitment and excellent levels of attendance and performance during their assignment.

About the job role:

  • Meeting and greeting candidates upon arrival for registration
  • Introducing applicants to our internal portal CRM system for registration
  • Sourcing CV’s and candidates to match specific job roles
  • Managing a database of candidates looking for work and updating the account managers
  • Adhering to strict compliance guidelines at all times
  • Writing job adverts to post across internal and external job boards (including social media platforms)
  • Following and representing the company values with clients, candidates and colleagues
  • Answering phones and advising candidates and clients correctly

About you:

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to speak a secondary language such as Polish, Romanian (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • No recruitment experience required 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am-5.00pm
  • Minimum 3 month contract (temp to perm opportunity available)
