Our training program for graduate / entry level candidates will provide you with relevant training that works with your strengths; this is a 12-month program that encapsulates training across networking, resourcing, sales, presentation and negotiations. Further proven management training programs are available for candidates that excel in a specific field.

The role will involve:-
- Regular candidate & client communication.
- Exploring employment opportunities and strategies in line with our candidates & Clients.
- Playing a vital role in maintaining our value proposition.
- Utilisation of leading recruitment software system.
- Strategic networking of candidates and clients.
- In depth administration skills required.
- Regular interaction through telephone and face-to-face meetings.
