TWILIGHT SHIFT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR – 4 DAYS A WEEK – 1.30PM – 10PM

gap personnel Bristol are currently recruiting for a Twilight Shift Account Coordinator for our key client Nisbets based in Avonmouth, Bristol BS11.

As an Twilight Shift Account Coordinator you will work in partnership with gap personnel and Nisbets to ensure that all of the temporary labour force are all present, checked in correctly and supported throughout their shift. This is a unique role which combines account management and warehouse duties, whilst supporting colleagues throughout the length of their assignment.

This is a customer facing role where you will empathetic, understanding, considerate and direct in your approach to get things done. Ideally you will have a background within recruitment or account management and looking to operate on a 4 day week – no weekends!

As a Twilight Shift Account Coordinator your duties will include:

  • Ensure all workers have clocked in correctly and on time for 3pm -12am / 9pm-5.45am
  • Chase any workers on non-attendance
  • Update site on any reported absences, lateness and sick
  • Floor walk-rounds – PPE checks, workers correctly at work stations
  • Monitoring of breaktimes and ensure workers take correct allocated break times
  • Liaise with department leaders - underperformers, repeat offenders on issues – hold 1-2-1 conversations with relevant workers(s)
  • Ensure workers adhered to all H&S policies throughout site
  • Ensure clock-in areas adhere to social distancing when signing in.
  • Assist in pick/pack areas as when required between shift changeovers

The Working Hours Are:

  • Monday to Thursday – 1.30pm – 10.00pm - £11.00 per hour

This is a temporary ongoing position with immediate starts available with gap personnel operating as a recruitment business.

Full training will be provided for this role, alongside additional company inductions to ensure you are able to complete your duties competently at all times whilst adhering to all social distancing measures.
