Warehouse Office Administrator – Maternity cover
gap personnel are currently looking for a warehouse based office administrator based in Ide. Forming part of a small team, you will be assisting the team with their order processing, whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction is a priority.
This is a varied role with you primary role being to ensure that all customers are dealt with correctly on incoming calls to the warehouse. This may include; Updating on customer orders, dealing with complaints taking orders, diverting calls to warehouse departments, taking messages.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate examples of working within a customer service environment, an understanding of a warehouse, empathy and varied admin skills.
Due to the size of the business, there may be times where there may be additional duties asked outside of you usual job role such as assisting within the warehouse, packing or loading so a flexibility with this role is essential.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Onsite car parking is available and transport required due to location.
Pay rate is £9.50 per hour
