Do you have previous office/admin experience?

Would you be happy working working your administration skills in a warehouse/ industrial environment?

If so the this may be the role for you!! 

The role will be working for a large national logistics company based on the Holmewood Industrial estate in Chesterfield.

The hours are;  Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00 days shifts. 

The payrate is : £10.19ph plus over time rates available is exceeding 40 hours

The main duties of the role involves:-

  • Booking in the new arrival of goods.
  • Booking transport for deliveries and arranging transport/drivers 
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone,
  • General Admin, telephone calls, emails, documents, collection notes, delivery notes, 
  • Booking delivery slots and dealing with drivers.
  • DLX, excel, word, outlook etc.
Previous experience within an administration environment is essential.
Office/administration experience within an industrial environment is highly sought. 
The ideal candidate will be able to start asap.
